Luong Hoa Commune mobilizes nearly 160 billion VND to develop rural transport

Over the past 5 years, Luong Hoa commune, Tay Ninh province has made a breakthrough in developing rural transport infrastructure by mobilizing nearly 160 billion VND to implement 54 projects. Notably, socialized resources and contributions from the people reached more than 15 billion VND, thereby showing the spirit of solidarity and joint efforts of the whole society in the cause of building the homeland.

Rural roads repaired

Not only stopping at roads, the commune also mobilized social capital to build 16 new rural traffic bridges. These projects not only conveniently connect hamlets and production areas, but also contribute to creating a spacious appearance, promoting local socio -economic development.

In particular, many transport projects were implemented under the National Target Program for New Rural Development. In addition to contributing funds, people also directly contributed working days in the stages of expanding the roadbed, surface, and concreting. This joint effort has transformed dirt roads and narrow roads into solid, clean, beautiful concrete roads, convenient for traveling and transporting goods.

According to the assessment of the commune leaders, many roads after being completed and put into use have become an important driving force to clear the economic flow. The trading of agricultural products, agricultural materials, as well as people's access to medical and educational services are thus much more convenient than before. The material and spiritual life of the people has been clearly improved.

In the coming period, Luong Hoa commune continues to focus resources on investing in a synchronous transport system, ensuring smooth connections between areas in the commune and the transport network of neighboring localities. At the same time, the locality focuses on managing the road traffic safety corridor well, linking infrastructure development with the general socio-economic spatial orientation of the province. As the transport infrastructure is increasingly improved, Luong Hoa commune is expected to become an attractive destination for businesses and investors, opening up many opportunities to exploit the potential and strengths of the locality.

Luong Hoa commune has an area of ​​over 62km² with nearly 23,000 people, established on the basis of merging Tan Buu commune and Luong Hoa commune (old). Immediately after coming into operation, the local government and people quickly completed the organizational structure, promoting the tradition of solidarity and consensus. Since then, many movements and programs for socio-economic development have been implemented synchronously, in which investment in rural transport is considered a key and strategic task.

According to Secretary of the Party Committee of Luong Hoa Commune Le Van Loc, the commune has set a goal of becoming a key industrial and urban commune of the province by 2030; focusing on developing green economy, digital economy, improving competitiveness, attracting investment in Tandoland and Prodezi Industrial Parks and key infrastructure projects such as Ring Road 3 and Road 830C.

With the achieved foundation, Luong Hoa commune is gradually growing strongly, affirming its position as one of the leading localities in building new rural areas in Tay Ninh , contributing to improving the quality of people's lives and sustainable socio-economic development of the province./.
