Yen Mo Commune held a ceremony to offer incense to commemorate heroes and martyrs on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day.

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the morning of July 24, the delegation of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Mo commune held an incense offering ceremony to commemorate the heroic martyrs at: Uncle Ho Monument, Yen Mo Martyrs Cemetery and offered incense at 5 monuments to heroes and martyrs in the commune.

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the morning of July 24, the delegation of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Mo commune held an incense offering ceremony to commemorate the heroic martyrs at: Uncle Ho Monument, Yen Mo Martyrs Cemetery and offered incense at 5 monuments to heroes and martyrs in the commune.

Offering incense and flowers at Uncle Ho's Monument, the delegation expressed gratitude and remembered the merits of the beloved Uncle Ho, the genius leader of the nation who devoted his whole life to the independence of the nation and the happiness of the people.

Next, the Delegation held an incense offering ceremony at Yen Mo Martyrs Cemetery and 5 monuments to Heroes and Martyrs in the commune. Burning incense and laying wreaths in gratitude before the souls of Heroes and Martyrs, the Delegation reported on the results of activities of Yen Mo commune administrative unit after the merger.

Accordingly, implementing the Party's policy on the arrangement of administrative units and apparatus organization in the political system, from July 1, 2025, the two-level local government will officially come into operation. This is an important historical milestone, marking a transformation in administrative organization, opening up new development opportunities.

With a proactive spirit, local Party committees and authorities have focused on implementing the work of organizing the apparatus, building working regulations and work programs to quickly stabilize and ensure all activities run smoothly from the first day and month.

Notably, the tasks of preparing for the first Party Congress of the commune for the 2025-2030 term have been actively implemented; directing, receiving citizens, providing public services to serve people and businesses in a methodical and quick manner; promoting emulation movements for socio-economic development; doing a good job of natural disaster prevention and response to storm No. 3. At the same time, promoting practical and meaningful activities to celebrate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, July 27.
