Unique dishes prepared by professional chefs from the best crabs in Phu Quoc
Ham Ninh crab originates from Ham Ninh sea area (Ham Ninh commune, Phu Quoc city, Kien Giang province), and is popular with domestic and foreign tourists.
Dishes made from Ham Ninh crab are indispensable specialties in restaurants and eateries throughout Phu Quoc City.
Ham Ninh crabs are processed into many dishes such as: Crab rice, tamarind crab, spicy and sour crab soup, salted and chili crab claws... But the most delicious way to keep the freshness is still boiled and steamed crabs, which are not fussy in the processing stage but still retain the protein and flavor of the sea in the most perfect way.
