Building a clean, strong and exemplary Lam Dong Provincial Military Party Committee

On the morning of November 26, the Lam Dong Provincial Military Party Committee held a conference to review, evaluate and classify the quality of Party organizations, Party members and cadres at all levels in 2025.

Comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Military Party Committee chaired the Conference. Also attending was Colonel Le Xuan Binh, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of Military Region 7.

In 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee thoroughly grasped the resolutions and directives of the Party, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and Military Region 7; united, unified, focused on leading and directing the Provincial Military Forces to comprehensively complete tasks, many of which were completed well and excellently. Notably, in the recent flood and storm prevention, rescue and relief operations, the Provincial Military Forces deployed effectively, promptly, and excellently completed the tasks, which were highly appreciated by the Military Region, provincial leaders and the People.

The work of Party building and rectification; education, management and training of cadres and Party members has been closely implemented, contributing to maintaining discipline and order in the entire force. Digital transformation and application of information technology in Party work continue to achieve many positive results. The leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations at all levels have been improved; Party committees and commanders at all levels have promoted the spirit of exemplary behavior, internal solidarity, democracy, transparency and good care for soldiers' lives.

The Party's inspection, supervision and disciplinary work has been strengthened, proactively preventing negativity and waste; resolutely not allowing "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" to occur. The principles of Party organization and activities, especially democratic centralism, self-criticism and criticism, have been strictly implemented. Cadres and Party members clearly demonstrate a sense of responsibility, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility; the internal solidarity and unity are always high.

The conference listened to and discussed the review report of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee and each member of the Standing Committee and Party Committee. The report showed that in 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee strictly followed the principle of democratic centralism; correctly implemented the collective leadership regime and individual responsibility; ensured full compliance with working regulations and leadership regulations.

Party work, political work, logistics and technology were well ensured, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization, building a clean and strong Provincial Military Party Committee, a comprehensively strong "Exemplary and typical" unit. The overall quality and fighting strength of the Provincial Armed Forces were improved, meeting the requirements of tasks in all situations.

At the Conference, the Standing Committee members pointed out the shortcomings and limitations in leadership and direction in 2025. On that basis, the Conference proposed many practical and highly feasible solutions to continue improving the quality and effectiveness of the activities of the Standing Committee and affiliated party organizations in the coming time.

The conference voted and unanimously classified the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee as having excellently completed its tasks in 2025; the Provincial Military Command as having excellently completed its tasks. Evaluated and classified the Standing Committee members and Party Committee members who are Deputy Commanders and Deputy Political Commissars of the Provincial Military Command. At the same time, considered and proposed to reward Party organizations and Party members with outstanding achievements in 2025.

Speaking at the Conference, Colonel Le Xuan Binh, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 7, expressed his gratitude for the leadership, direction and support of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee for the Provincial Military Command in the process of performing its tasks. Thanks to that close coordination, up to now, the Lam Dong Provincial Military Command has completed all tasks for 2025, including many tasks completed excellently.

The leaders of Military Region 7 acknowledged and commended the results of the provincial armed forces and shared the losses that Lam Dong had to endure due to recent storms and floods. The Colonel believed that with the leadership of the province and the consensus of the local armed forces, Lam Dong would soon overcome difficulties and continue to successfully complete the set goals.

Colonel Le Xuan Binh also pointed out the key tasks that Lam Dong Provincial Military Command needs to focus on in the coming time.

Concluding the Conference, Comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Military Party Committee respectfully expressed his thanks for the timely support of Military Region 7 in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters in Lam Dong.

The Provincial Party Secretary affirmed that this important support has added great strength, helping the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province overcome difficulties, stabilize the situation and gradually recover after the storm and flood.
