Lecturers also disseminated the basic contents of the Law on Prevention and Control of Tobacco Harms, such as: Principles of prevention and control of tobacco harms; State policies; State management responsibilities; responsibilities of heads of agencies, organizations, and localities; rights and obligations of citizens in prevention and control of tobacco harms; prohibited acts... At the same time, they guided agencies and units in building a smoke-free environment.

The trainees also exchanged and discussed a number of issues in the process of implementing and building a smoke-free environment in their units and localities.
