The organizers decided to issue very few invitations, move the delegates' seats to the lobby of the Provincial Convention Center (46 Tran Phu), and reserve most of April 2 Square and Tran Phu Street for people and tourists to enjoy the festival (no invitations required). The audience will be closest to the stage, can interact directly with their favorite artists, creating a true festival. This is a "golden" opportunity for fans of Say Hi Brother to be closer to their idols than ever.

At the same time, to facilitate the audience in finding a safe place to park, Nha Trang City People's Committee has announced 4 locations for motorbike and bicycle parking to serve the activities in response to the 2025 Sea Culture - Tourism Festival including: Khanh Hoa University campus, Loc Tho Primary School, Tan Lap 1 Primary School and Thai Nguyen Secondary School.

According to the specific assignment, Khanh Hoa University and Loc Tho Primary School will arrange forces to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Loc Tho Ward to ensure vehicle parking activities from June 7 to 9.

At Tan Lap 1 Primary School parking lot, the event will be organized by Tan Tien Ward People's Committee, and at Thai Nguyen Secondary School, it will be organized by Loc Tho Ward People's Committee.

Many exciting programs will be held at April 2 Square, Nha Trang City from June 7 - 9.

Parking fees at these locations are applied according to the regulations of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, ensuring transparency and reasonableness. Audiences can be completely assured that the prices will not be "ripped off" during the festival.

Police forces from Loc Tho and Tan Tien wards will be deployed around parking areas to ensure security and order, and to coordinate traffic and avoid congestion.
