Dong Nai reviews and removes obstacles in the progress of reorganizing shared information systems

(DN)- On June 6, Director of the Department of Science and Technology Ta Quang Truong chaired a working session with departments, branches, sectors, and People's Committees of districts and cities in the province to review the progress of reorganizing shared information systems when organizing a two-level local government model.

The working session was held directly at the Department of Science and Technology, combined with online to localities in the province. In the working program, departments, branches and localities discussed and resolved difficulties and obstacles in the process of deploying shared information systems (including: administrative procedure settlement information system, document management system) and the preparation of infrastructure and information technology equipment to ensure that the province's apparatus operates immediately when organizing the 2-level local government model.

Director of the Department of Science and Technology Ta Quang Truong suggested that, in the immediate future, to ensure that the government apparatus operates effectively as soon as the two-level local government model comes into operation, localities need to be proactive in preparing infrastructure to keep up with progress. For the shared information system, officials and civil servants of departments, branches and localities need to be proficient in using the Dong Nai -s management and operation system. In the coming time, the Department will build a higher-level management and operation system, which integrates all data from previous software and uses artificial intelligence (AI) to ensure more convenient data lookup.

Previously, in May 2025, the Department of Science and Technology organized a training session to guide the use of the Dong Nai-s management and operation system for officials and civil servants of the Provincial People's Committee Office, as well as coordinated with the Department of Science and Technology of Binh Phuoc to organize an online training session for officials of 159 commune-level People's Committee units of Dong Nai province and 111 commune-level People's Committee units of Binh Phuoc province on the use of the Dong Nai-s management and operation system.
