Since officially starting construction in 2003 on a wild land with thousands of eucalyptus trees, Ha Quang Garment Factory has grown to become a high-tech manufacturing center, not only making its mark with impressive growth figures but also being a bright spot in the local socio -economic life.

From the initial number of 315 employees, the Enterprise has continuously expanded its scale, improved its equipment and trained a high-quality workforce. With the thorough investment of Garment Corporation 10 and support from the local government, to date, Ha Quang Garment Enterprise has attracted nearly 1,000 employees, produced more than 3 million products per year and brought in revenue of up to 144 billion VND (in 2023).

The tireless efforts over the past two decades have helped Ha Quang Garment Factory achieve many proud achievements:

• Outstanding growth in productivity: From 660,000 products/year when first established, up to now, the Enterprise has produced more than 3 million products/year, an increase of 4.6 times.

• Revenue breakthrough: From 5.5 billion VND in 2005, revenue increased to 144 billion VND in 2023, 26 times higher.

• Workers' income: Increase from less than 1 million VND/person/month in the first years of establishment to 7.3 million VND/person/month (2023) and 8.4 million VND/person/month (2024), significantly improving the quality of life of workers.

• Infrastructure development: The enterprise has completed two major investment phases, building a modern factory, spacious canteen, advanced production line system and a clean, green campus.
