According to the report, as of May 2023, Thuan An City had 99 karaoke service establishments, of which 21 were private enterprises and companies.

As for the type of business households, as of May 23, the Department of Culture and Information of Thuan An City has received 25 decisions to revoke the security and order licenses of the City Police and issued notices to temporarily suspend business operations for these establishments.

For the type of organization that is an enterprise and a company, the Department of Culture and Information has sent a notice to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the province on cases under the licensing authority of the Department. At the same time, it has notified relevant authorities and communes and wards to coordinate management and strictly handle cases that do not strictly comply with regulations.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien, Vice Chairwoman of Thuan An City People's Committee, requested members of the interdisciplinary cultural and social inspection team from the city to the communes and wards to continue to coordinate closely, assigning specific and clear responsibilities to each member. In particular, strengthen inspection of establishments that do not comply with the temporary suspension of business, are still operating secretly and deal with inspection teams to strictly punish them according to the law.
