This is a program organized by Nghe An Radio and Television Station, to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025) and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), broadcast live on NTV and the Station's digital platforms.

Attending the program were comrades: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies; Colonel Ngo Nam Cuong - Deputy Commander of Military Region 4.

Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Ngoc Kim Nam - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Major General Bui Quang Thanh - Director of the Provincial Police; members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee: Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders of provincial departments, agencies, branches, unions, officers and soldiers of the armed forces and a large number of people watching live at the studio and on the small screen.

The art program “The South in His Heart” consists of three main parts: “Vietnam’s Will”, “Uncle Ho is Marching with Us” and “Song of Unification”; elaborately constructed with a harmonious combination of political reports and unique art performances, creating a touching symphony of patriotism, gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh and deep gratitude to the generations who sacrificed for the independence and unification of the country.
Outstanding performances such as "The South will forever remember His grace", "The folk song on the banks of Hien Luong", "The folk song on Nghe An land", "Comrades - Truong Son night remembers Uncle Ho", "The road we travel", "Singing from the city named after Him", "The country is full of joy", "Uncle will come back to visit the South"... were performed by famous artists such as: Meritorious Artist Thanh Vinh, Meritorious Artist Vu Thang Loi, singers Anh Tho, Hoang Thu Ha, Hoang Son, Huu Thang, and professional art troupes such as Military Region 2 Art Troupe, Red Pearl Dance Group, DOP group, Hoang Thao Center.

Not only an art program, “The South in His Heart” is also a political essay in music and images, deeply depicting the sacred feelings that President Ho Chi Minh had for the South, along with the endless love of the Southern people for him.
Emotional narrations and historical reportage excerpts take viewers back in time to fully experience the nation's great journey of national salvation, enlightened by the noble thoughts and personality of Uncle Ho.

Closing the program were the vibrant melodies of “The Country is Full of Joy” and “As if Uncle Ho were here on the day of great victory”, which were also emotional messages about a Vietnam that is rising strongly in peace and unity, with a steadfast belief in the path that President Ho Chi Minh chose.
