Mr. Nguyen Dang Hien, Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Food and Foodstuff Association - said that from August 10-12, 2023, the Association will coordinate with Vinexad Company to organize an international exhibition combining two majors: food, beverage - processing technology equipment, packaging for the food and beverage industry (Vietfood & Beverage - Propack Vietnam 2023).
The event will introduce more than 10,000 brands from 700 businesses from 20 countries and territories, displaying the latest products, services and technologies.

The exhibition is expected to create many business connections between manufacturers, distributors and importers, overcoming all distances and barriers to cooperate and develop, promoting business activities in the domestic market.
The exhibition will bring a diverse range of product categories to display such as: Food, beverages; nutritional foods, medicinal foods, functional foods; seafood; raw materials, food additives; machinery, equipment for production, packaging, and food preservation.
Highlights of this year’s exhibition include 10 international pavilions from India, Poland, Taiwan (China), Korea, Greece, Indonesia, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, and China. At these pavilions, visitors will be exposed to new technology trends in the industry, discover innovative products, cutting-edge technologies, and new approaches to the production, processing, and packaging of food and beverages. This is also an opportunity to build business relationships and cooperate with international businesses, manufacturers, and distributors, contributing to expanding the global supply chain.
Notably, according to Mr. Nguyen Dang Khanh, Deputy General Director of Vinexad Company, this year the exhibition continues to combine both in-person and online formats with the expectation of taking advantage of technology applications to help businesses establish new business relationships not only during the 3 days at the exhibition, but also during 365 days on the digital platform. The online exhibition space helps visitors to learn about booths, view products and interact with businesses conveniently using computers or mobile devices.
In particular, the 27th Vietfood & Beverage - Propack Vietnam will be held at the same time and location as the 2023 Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition and the Vietnam Cross-Border E-Commerce Exhibition (CBEE). The intersection between the exhibitions will form a chain of links to increase trade efficiency, diversify supply sources, promote competition and strengthen connections between domestic and foreign enterprises.
Along with the product display and introduction activities, the event will have two seminars: “Supporting small and medium enterprises to connect with the world market through e-commerce” and “Marketing strategies for the food and beverage industry - trends and solutions in the new context”.
