10 investors must review because capital disbursement in 2024 is below 95%

Accordingly, in order to rectify investors who have not completed the disbursement task according to the Government's target for 2024, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested 10 investors to conduct a review, clarify responsibilities, evaluate the level of task performance of related organizations and individuals and strictly handle them according to regulations. On that basis, specific solutions are proposed to resolutely direct the disbursement of the assigned capital plan for 2025.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs to monitor the implementation results of the above investors to advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to ensure compliance with prescribed procedures.

According to the list, 10 investors disbursed public investment capital in 2024 at a rate of less than 95%, including: Phan Thiet City People's Committee (capital plan assigned 360.31 billion VND, disbursed 316.558 billion VND, reaching a rate of 87.86%); Bac Binh District People's Committee (capital assigned 180.11 billion VND, disbursed 136.651 billion VND, reaching a rate of 78.87%); Tuy Phong District People's Committee (capital assigned 198.102 billion VND, disbursed 136.066 billion VND, reaching a rate of 68.68%); Traffic Construction Project Management Board (capital assigned 882.687 billion VND, disbursed 648.31 billion VND, reaching a rate of 73.45%); Provincial Military Command (capital assigned 27.85 billion VND, disbursed 22.806 billion VND, reaching 81.89%); Irrigation Works Exploitation Company Limited (capital assigned 3.1 billion VND, disbursed 1.05 billion VND, reaching 33.87%); Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (capital assigned 44.5 billion VND, disbursed 19.45 billion VND, reaching 43.71%); Department of Agriculture and Environment (capital assigned 115.88 billion VND, disbursed 33.861 billion VND, reaching 29.22%); Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council (capital assigned 1.45 billion VND, disbursed 1.297 billion VND, reaching 89.45%); La Gi Regional General Hospital (capital assigned 4.5 billion VND, disbursed 54 million VND, reaching 1.2%).
