106 households draw lots for resettlement at the resettlement area project, residents of Ho Son and Hoa Thang communes - Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station

- On May 13, the People's Committee of Huu Lung district organized a lottery to allocate resettlement land to 106 households affected by 4 ongoing projects. in the resettlement area, residents of Ho Son commune and Hoa Thang commune.

Accordingly, the above households are affected by the projects: investment and business of infrastructure of VSIP Lang Son Industrial Park; Highway intersection to Huu Lung Industrial Park; Ho Son 1 Industrial Cluster; Resettlement area, residential area of Ho Son commune and Hoa Thang commune.

At the drawing session, relevant units disseminated the State's regulations on the implementation of the drawing for resettlement land allocation. The drawing was conducted randomly in order, ensuring publicity and transparency. At the same time, the people's questions were received and answered by the units right at the drawing session. After listening to the responses to the requests of the people whose land was recovered, the affected households agreed to carry out the drawing to receive the resettlement land plots given by the organizing committee.

As a result, 95/106 households successfully drew lots and received 95 resettlement plots with an area of 130m2 - 145m2 on the diagram. The remaining households have not drawn lots due to problems with compensation and resettlement mechanisms and will continue to be considered and resolved by the People's Committee of Huu Lung district.

Based on the results of the draw, the specialized units will compile a report to advise the People's Committee of Huu Lung district to issue a decision on land allocation and grant land use right certificates. On that basis, the People's Committees of Ho Son and Hoa Thang communes will continue to coordinate with households to hand over resettlement land in the field to help households quickly stabilize their lives.
