People come to apply for ID cards at locations arranged by Hue City Police.

After the reorganization of commune-level administrative units, Hue City has 21 wards and 19 communes. In order to continue serving the needs of the people, Hue City Police has directed units to quickly arrange 11 ID card issuance points distributed throughout the area.

In particular, the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order is in charge of the ID card issuance point at the Hue City Public Administration Service Center (1 Le Lai, Thuan Hoa Ward) during office hours and the City Police Citizen Reception Center (50 Tran Cao Van, Thuan Hoa Ward) after office hours.

The remaining ID card issuance points include: Thuan Hoa Ward Public Administration Service Center (1 Le Viet Luong); Huong Tra Ward Police Headquarters (5 Thong Nhat); Phu Bai Ward Police Headquarters (78 Song Hong); Phong Dien Ward Police Headquarters (24 Nguyen Van Chuong); Quang Dien Commune Police Headquarters (172 Nguyen Vinh); Phu Vang Commune Police Headquarters (80 Vo Phi Trang); Phu Loc Commune Police Headquarters (156 Ly Thanh Tong); Khe Tre Commune Police Headquarters (178 Khe Tre); A Luoi 2 Commune Police Headquarters (167 Ho Chi Minh ).
