On the morning of November 28, An Giang Provincial Police coordinated with An Giang Provincial Youth Union to organize an exchange program with progressive drug rehabilitation youth at Multifunctional Drug Rehabilitation Center No. 1 (Vinh Gia Commune, An Giang Province). 120 progressive youth out of 1,000 students of the facility attended.
