The province is continuing to classify the groups of problems, and at the same time, proposing that the National Assembly, the Government, and the Prime Minister approve the province to apply Resolution No. 170/2024 (dated November 30, 2024 of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and problems for projects and land in the conclusions of inspections, examinations, and judgments in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Khanh Hoa) to remove difficulties for real estate projects and enterprises in the province, creating conditions to unblock land resources, so that the province can achieve the growth target of 10% in 2025 and the following years.

Previously, the State Audit conducted an audit of the 2019 local budget in Dong Nai province. After that, the State Audit pointed out that there were more than 180 real estate projects that needed to continue reviewing the contents related to land and investment.
