On the morning of May 9, at Hoang Dinh Giong Political School, the Department of Home Affairs coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to organize the opening ceremony of the training course for civil servants at the senior specialist level and equivalent; training for leaders and managers at the department level and equivalent in 2025 for 69 students who are cadres, civil servants, leaders and managers working at departments, branches and sectors of the province.

During the 4 months (from May 9 to August 29), the trainees of the training course for senior specialists and equivalent levels studied and trained on the following topics: Socialization of public services - international experience and references for Vietnam; State capital management in enterprises in Vietnam - issues and solutions; building an honest, creative, active and serving government in Vietnam in the current period; perfecting the government organization model in our country in the current period; gender issues in public service activities; Vietnam's foreign policy strategy.

The trainees participating in the training course for leaders and managers at the department level and equivalent will study from May 9 to June 13 with the following topics: Management of civil servants and public employees under their management; building a two-level local government in Vietnam at present; skills in building and developing a public service culture; skills in developing media relations; skills in managing public finance and assets...

At the end of the course, students of the leadership and management training class at the department level will carry out a graduation project.
