Spending more than 22 billion VND on promoting learning and talent

As of May 2025, the province has 163 commune, ward and town cooperatives and 13 grassroots cooperatives under Dong Nai Rubber Corporation, more than 1,100 branches, more than 1,600 learning promotion committees, and more than 13,800 learning promotion groups. Compared to the end of 2024, there were 12 more branches, 93 learning promotion groups and 49 fewer learning promotion groups due to the reorganization of localities.

In the first months of 2025, the whole province mobilized more than 34.4 billion VND from the scholarship fund, of which more than 22 billion VND was spent on awarding scholarships to encourage learning and talent...

At the conference, the provincial People's Committee proposed many tasks to maintain the work of promoting learning, talent, and building a learning society smoothly when district-level administrative units are abolished and new commune-level administrative units are established.

Accordingly, the HKHs of districts and cities will review the current status of the work of promoting learning, promoting talents, and building a learning society in the locality to prepare for handover to new wards and communes.

In addition, it is necessary to continue organizing professional training for grassroots HKH staff; organizing scholarship awards for disadvantaged students and students with disabilities; organizing propaganda to commend and reward typical examples of adult learners in the movement "Learning Never Ends" launched by the Central Committee of HKH Vietnam.

The provincial People's Committee also requested that lower-level People's Committees participate in the emulation movement "Dong Nai Province promotes comprehensive socio -economic development, maintains national defense and security, and takes off with Long Thanh Airport".
