Other contents including traceability, recall and treatment of organic products that do not meet quality standards; collection, treatment and use of waste and crop by-products... are also clearly stipulated in the above decision.

The decision assigns the Department of Agriculture and Environment to take the lead in disseminating and popularizing regulations on organic farming in the province; related regulations on organic farming. Organize training, coaching, and technology transfer on organic agricultural production for people to expand production. Implement state management on compliance with regulations for organizations and individuals in production activities, supervise and grant certificates for organic crop production according to regulations. Develop plans and organize inspections of compliance with legal regulations on organic farming in the area, inspect and grant certificates for organic agricultural products in the area to ensure compliance with regulations.
Relevant departments, branches and localities coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to implement the above tasks. In particular, the Department of Science and Technology focuses on implementing programs, projects and topics on research and promulgation of organic production processes for crops suitable to the natural conditions of the province.
