According to the school, within just 3 days (from September 17 to September 20), two new students of this school mysteriously disappeared, and their families could not contact them. With the coordination between the families, authorities and the school, they were found in Tay Ninh and brought back safely.
Initial information from the Vietnam Aviation Academy said that the two students were lured and defrauded to appropriate their property through the trick of faking international study abroad, job and internship programs. They were later found at a hotel in Tay Ninh.

“When the first student who was scammed was brought back, we just issued a warning, but immediately after that, the second student continued to be scammed with the same trick,” the warning document clearly stated.
Vietnam Aviation Academy warns all students and parents to absolutely not trust or participate in unverified "international programs"; only receive information through official channels of the school and the academy's academic advisors.
