23 businesses organize "Thank you workers" activities

(QBĐT) - With the motto of focusing on the grassroots, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees, especially union members and employees in enterprises, during Workers' Month and Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene (OSH) in 2024, 23 enterprises organized the activity "Thanking Employees".

Toyota Quang Binh Joint Stock Company organized a "Union Meal" to show gratitude to workers.

The "Thank you to employees" activity is proposed by the grassroots trade union in the enterprise for the employer to choose appropriate forms and content of organization to show gratitude to employees who have been attached to and accompanied the enterprise in the past time.

Through propaganda activities, legaleducation , organizing policy dialogues, direct legal advice, conferences, seminars... trade unions at all levels have listened to union members and workers express their thoughts, aspirations, pressing issues, touching stories in production and daily life to advise the Party Committee, coordinate with experts to consider and resolve.

During the Workers' Month, the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health, the ideological situation and mood of the Union and employees were stable; the rights and interests of the Union and employees were guaranteed. The activity "Thanking Employees" contributed to improving harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the enterprise; there were no strikes, work stoppages or labor disputes.
