308 units issue electronic invoices initiated from cash registers

According to Phu Yen Tax Department, by the end of 2023, the whole province had 308 units issuing electronic invoices (E-invoices) generated from cash registers, including 208 enterprises and 100 business households, exceeding the target assigned by the General Department of Taxation in 2023 in terms of both time progress and number of taxpayers implementing.

 

Regarding the implementation of issuing electronic invoices for each sale for retail gasoline and oil business activities, as of January 3, 2024, in the province, there are 5 units with 38 stores and 204 pumps that have applied.

 

In the coming time, to bring the implementation of electronic invoices generated from cash registers into life, the Tax Department will continue to strengthen the propaganda and implementation of electronic invoices generated from cash registers for food and beverage businesses, restaurants, hotels, entertainment services, retail of modern medicines, consumer goods, etc. so that businesses and business households can understand and implement them.

 

At the same time, the Tax sector also maintains the quarterly implementation of the "Lucky Invoice" program to create a ripple effect among the people, encourage and create a habit for consumers to get invoices when purchasing goods and services, contributing to creating an equal and transparent business environment...
