5 cases without health insurance cards are still paid for medical examination and treatment costs

According to Decree 188/2025/ND-CP, from July 1, 2025, there will be 5 cases where people do not have or have not presented a health insurance card, but the health insurance fund will still pay for medical examination and treatment costs according to regulations.

Clause 2, 3 Article 37 and Clause 1, 2, 3 Article 54 of Decree 188/2025/ND-CP dated July 1, 2025 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Health Insurance, there are 5 cases where people do not have a health insurance card or have not presented a health insurance card, they are still entitled to payment for medical examination and treatment costs./.
