Timely disseminate information on the important results of health insurance work in the past time, the difficulties, challenges and goals of health insurance work in the coming time, especially the goal of ensuring sustainability and increasing the rate of population participating in health insurance; by 2026, the health insurance coverage rate will reach over 95% of the population; by 2030, the goal of universal health insurance coverage will be achieved.
In addition, it is necessary to determine the responsibilities of party committees and authorities at all levels, especially the leaders in leading, directing and organizing the implementation of Directive 52. In the process of developing programs and plans, it is necessary to specify the tasks and solutions of the directive in the direction of clear people, clear work and have a specific implementation roadmap, close to the reality of each locality and unit; perfect the mechanism for coordination of inspection, examination and inter-sectoral supervision, and strictly handle violations and profiteering of health insurance.
At the same time, continue to focus on amending, supplementing and perfecting the system of legal policies on health insurance, concretizing the universal health insurance policy in the new period; synchronously, flexibly, creatively and effectively deploying professional solutions, innovating programs and plans on health and health insurance to diversify and expand revenue sources, ensure sustainability and develop the Health Insurance Fund; have an effective control mechanism to prevent waste, overcharging, and increasing unreasonable medical service prescriptions to ensure the rights of health insurance participants.
