50 individuals receive “Learning Never Ends” scholarships

Ms. Nguyen Dai Thy - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council awarded the "Learning Never Ends" scholarship certificate to the students.

Attending the event were Ms. Nguyen Dai Thy - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Doan Trung Kien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of provincial departments, branches, sectors and organizations.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Minh Trong - Chairman of the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education said that the organization of awarding "Learning Never Ends" scholarships and honoring excellent students every year aims to create motivation, promote the lifelong learning movement, build a strong and widespread learning society in the locality, contributing to the successful implementation of the Party and State's policies.

In 2025, the Association for Promotion of Education will consider honoring, rewarding, and awarding "Learning Never Ends" scholarships to 50 individuals, including 25 adults and 25 students; awarding scholarships to encourage talent to 179 students who won provincial-level excellent secondary school student awards in the 2024-2025 school year (First, Second, Third prizes).

According to Mr. Le Minh Trong, the 50 adults, students and pupils honored and awarded this time are exemplary people who are living and working in many localities, working in many fields and are exemplary students studying at schools. The common points of the individuals honored and awarded this time are knowing how to overcome difficulties in studying and working, knowing how to take good care of their families, having many contributions, creativity, being ambitious, making positive contributions to society, and being exemplary in movement activities. In addition, the number of excellent secondary school students this year winning First, Second and Third prizes is higher than last year (12 First prizes, 52 Second prizes, 115 Third prizes), which is a commendable result.

Mr. Doan Trung Kien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Cuc - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department awarded the "Learning Never Ends" scholarship to outstanding individuals.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Doan Trung Kien highly appreciated the results of the movement to encourage learning and talent in the province in recent times, which has contributed to the development of a learning society and the spirit of lifelong learning in families, clans and communities. The recognition and award of this scholarship has practical significance, timely encouraging everyone to continue to strive to study better, spreading the spirit of "learning never ends" of President Ho Chi Minh to all classes of people in society.

On behalf of the provincial People's Committee, Mr. Doan Trung Kien praised the examples and hoped that the scholarships would be a motivation and support for individuals to continue to strive in their studies and contribute to society. At the same time, he acknowledged the contributions of the Provincial Association for Promoting Education over the years, which has always accompanied and been a solid support for theEducation sector in the cause of educating people.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Doan Trung Kien requested that local Party committees and authorities pay attention to leading and directing the organization of emulation movements for learning and promoting lifelong learning until 2030.
