From July 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5, candidates must pay the online application fee via the National Public Service Portal for their university and college application requests on the general application system to be valid. The registration fee is VND 20,000 per request .
The general admission system of the Ministry of Education and Training allows candidates to use 1 of 19 different payment channels, including bank payment channels: Vietcombank, Vietinbank, Agribank, BIDV, SHB; VPBank, TPBank, MBBank, HDBank.
Payment intermediary organizations: Other banks via VNPT Money, Vietnam Post, Ngan Luong, Payoo, Napas, HPay; e-wallets such as VNPT Money, MoMo, Viettel Money; mobile payment channel VNPT Mobile Money.
The university entrance fee payment schedule in provinces and cities is divided into 7 groups as follows:

From August 16 to 20, the Ministry of Education and Training will process admission applications (virtual filtering).
According to schedule, universities are expected to announce the first round of benchmark scores from August 20, with the deadline before 5:00 p.m. on August 22.
Before 5:00 p.m. on August 30, candidates must complete the admission confirmation on the system if they wish to study (including candidates who are directly admitted).
The Ministry of Education and Training requires training institutions not to ask candidates to confirm admission or enroll before August 22 and not to complete admission confirmation before August 30.
