On the afternoon of October 7, at the press conference on the socio -economic development situation in the third quarter and tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025, Mr. Vo Thanh Tri - Chief of Office of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province - said that the estimated economic growth rate (GRDP) in the first 9 months of the year of the province increased by 9.52%.

With this growth rate, Tay Ninh leads the Southeast region (HCMC reaches 7.07%, Dong Nai reaches 8.86%) and ranks 8/34 nationwide.

Specifically, sector I (agriculture, forestry, fishery) increased by 4.33%, sector II (industry, construction) increased by 12.76% (industry alone increased by 13.19%), sector III (trade, services) increased by 8.07%, product tax minus product subsidy increased by 7.19%.

In the first 9 months, 3,211 new enterprises were established (up 51% over the same period), with a total capital of VND 22,304 billion (up 98%). Up to now, the province has 31,847 enterprises registered to operate with a total capital of over VND 918,267 billion.

Besides, there are 130 domestic projects with total capital of more than 30,984 billion VND, and 157 foreign investment projects with total registered capital of more than 815 million USD.

Total state budget revenue as of May 30 reached VND 39,308.3 billion, reaching 105.6% of the estimate assigned by the Central Government, reaching 104.3% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council, an increase of 35.4%.

Of which, domestic revenue was 33,997.6 billion VND, reaching 108.4% of the central budget estimate and 106.8% of the provincial budget estimate, up 38.7%. Land use fee revenue was 10,339.8 billion VND, reaching 176.4% of the assigned budget estimate and up 86.8%.

In addition, a report from Tay Ninh Provincial Police shows that in the first 9 months of the year, there were 919 out of 1,268 cases of social order crimes in Tay Ninh province, down 27.52% over the same period. 215 gambling and prostitution dens were destroyed with 1,487 people involved.

In the third quarter alone, there were 285 out of 411 social order crimes, down 30.65% compared to the same period last year. The main ones were still social evils such as gambling, card games, cockfighting, lottery numbers, etc.

In the last 3 months of the year, Mr. Tri said that the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province will continue to focus on leadership, striving to achieve an economic growth rate of 10 - 11% in 2025.

At the same time, urgently complete the adjustment of the Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050. At the same time, focus on disbursing public investment capital, striving to achieve a disbursement rate of 100% by the end of 2025.
