At the same time, strengthen and improve the capacity and effectiveness of law enforcement on ensuring traffic safety and order and preventing and fighting epidemics in transport. Strengthen inspection, patrol, control and handling of violations of traffic safety laws; handle violations of traffic safety corridors; do not allow potential risks of traffic accidents due to infrastructure within the scope of management and capacity and authority. At the same time, improve the capacity and quality of emergency medical services for traffic accident victims; train and disseminate first aid skills to functional forces and people.
