On March 9 and 10, in Xuan Truong commune, where there is a famous 15-storey pass, Bao Lac district, province Cao Bang organized the H'Mong ethnic cultural festival - Pear blossom festival in 2024.

Coming to Xuan Truong commune at this time, visitors will see many pear trees and mac cot trees blooming, the trees are planted around the garden, in front of the porch, along the roads outside the rice fields, on the corn fields creating a space filled with a pure white color, bright. Xuan Truong pears have a fragrant, delicious taste and are loved by many people.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the H'Mong Ethnic Cultural Festival - Pear Blossom Season, Ms. Hoang Thi Da, Vice Chairwoman of Bao Lac District People's Committee, shared that the H'Mong ethnic group accounts for 17% of the district's population, with more than 9,000 people, living in 16/17 communes and towns in the district.

The ethnic groups in Bao Lac district in general and the Mong ethnic group in particular are preserving many unique traditional cultural features in costumes, cuisine, musical instruments, folk songs, and dances...

Through organizing festivals to honor and preserve the unique cultural identity of ethnic groups; promote and develop tourism , improve income, gradually improve and enhance the material and spiritual life of ethnic groups in the locality.
