In early December, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee successfully organized the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" contest in building new rural areas, leaving a deep impression and bringing high efficiency. Through the contest, it aims to raise awareness, consciousness and responsibility of Party committees at all levels, Party organizations and the entire political system, creating consensus among people in joining hands to build new rural areas.
A skit was highly appreciated at the contest.
The contest was attended by 238 propagandists from 13 teams. These are the typical core members in the propaganda work, mobilizing the masses to actively respond to and participate in the construction of new rural areas (NTM). The propagandists brought to the contest enthusiasm, confidence, coherent and inspiring presentations, deep practical connections, and ways to mobilize the masses from the grassroots, making the contests lively and attractive. The teams went through 3 rounds: greeting, theory, and skit. Each team had a vivid performance, demonstrating the efforts of the localities and important contributions to the NTM construction movement.
The emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" was launched by the Provincial Steering Committee and implemented throughout the political system since 2009 and achieved many results. Up to now, the whole province has more than 4,200 models, typical examples of "Skillful Mass Mobilization". In particular, the emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" in building new rural areas has been comprehensively deployed in all fields and achieved positive results, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of all levels, sectors, cadres, party members and people of all ethnic groups in the province on mass mobilization work; successfully implementing the political tasks of each locality, agency and unit.
The skit competition, prepared by the teams in a vivid theatrical form, is the most attractive competition that the audience and the Organizing Committee are looking forward to. Because these are situations that occur in practice, requiring people working in mass mobilization at the grassroots level to solve them skillfully, appropriately and reasonably to achieve the goal. Many good and unique skits focus on the content of mobilizing the masses to well implement the policies and guidelines of the Party and State in building the new rural areas. Many skits leave a deep impression on the audience, affirming the ability to mobilize, persuade, and skillfully handle real-life situations such as: mobilizing people to donate land for road construction; participating in ensuring environmental sanitation, preventing social evils and drugs; rising out of poverty, etc.
In addition, in the skit section, the units reflected on bad habits, alcoholism, dependence, and waiting for support from the State and the community... The teams worked hard to practice, coordinated well among members, and especially had thorough investment.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Sang, from the Hoa Binh City team, said: "To perform the best performance, the members tried their best in practice and coordinated well in each performance. Through the competition, we will continue to strive to effectively carry out propaganda work and mobilize people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, especially joining hands to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas, contributing to building an increasingly prosperous and beautiful homeland."
The contest skits are based on real events in the locality during the process of implementing the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas such as: the skit "For the innovation of the homeland" by the Hoa Binh city team, "Escape poverty to build new rural areas" by the Mai Chau district team, "I also surrender my gun" by the provincial police team...
In this contest, in addition to cadres and union members, there is also the participation of the masses. The contest is organized in the form of dramatization with visual, vivid and rich images, helping viewers easily absorb the content and purposes of building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, and model new rural residential areas.
