On National Highway 14G, the section passing through Dong Giang commune has many potholes due to the impact of the construction of a project to lower the elevation of the ground to prevent landslides in Dong Giang district (old) and prolonged rain.

On National Highway 14D, the road surface was already severely damaged before, and now heavy rain has caused mud and subsidence, making travel very difficult and unsafe.

On Highway 14E, many unpaved roads belonging to projects that are both under construction and in operation are damaged.

Some locations from Tien Phuoc commune to Tra My commune on National Highway 40B are under construction and have many potholes and mud, making traffic difficult.

In the eastern region, rainwater flooded 0.2-0.4m deep on DT603 route through Dien Ban Dong and Hoi An Tay wards. DT613B route through Tam Xuan commune has potholes on the gravel road surface, causing difficulties for traffic participants.
