On April 10, Market Management Team No. 3, Market Management Department (Department of Industry and Trade) coordinated with the Economic Police Department (Bac Giang Provincial Police) to conduct a surprise inspection of TMT business household in Voi town (Lang Giang).

During the inspection, the authorities discovered at the home of the above business owner more than 1 ton of sunflower seeds (in plastic bags) without invoices or documents proving their origin. The total value of the goods was nearly 29 million VND.
Mr. TMT confessed to buying all of these goods floating on the market, then packaging and selling them to grocery stores inside and outside the district to make a profit.
The Acting Captain of Market Management Team No. 3 has issued a decision to administratively fine Mr. TMT’s household for trading in goods of unknown origin with the amount of 17 million VND. All sunflower seeds have been destroyed by the authorities according to regulations.
* Also on April 10, Market Management Team No. 1, Market Management Department (Department of Industry and Trade) coordinated with the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention ( Bac Giang Provincial Police) to inspect a TVP business household in Tan An ward (Bac Giang city).
At the time of inspection, the authorities discovered that this household was trading in more than 2,300 units of children's toys without invoices or documents proving their origin.
Specifically: 760 plastic toy sets of various types, nearly 700 Lego toy sets, 720 children's toy cars, 144 superhero eggs, 40 rubber balls. The total value of the goods is nearly 37 million VND.
The Captain of Market Management Team No. 1 has decided to administratively fine Mr. TVP's household VND 12.5 million for trading in goods of unknown origin.
