Since the beginning of the year, the center has organized 53 job fairs (including 41 regular sessions; 5 online sessions; 3 mobile sessions; 4 thematic sessions). In particular, in the past 3 years, at regular sessions, the center has prioritized connecting workers and employers in a direct and online integration. This model has proven to be extremely effective in breaking down geographical barriers. Instead of having to travel expensively, workers in provinces such as Lang Son, Hai Phong , Thai Nguyen... can easily access businesses in Bac Ninh and vice versa. This not only helps save costs and time but also significantly expands the human resource supply for businesses and the opportunity to choose suitable jobs for workers.
In 2026, businesses in the province will need to recruit about 150,000 workers; of which, unskilled workers account for 70%. In fact, the demand is high but the supply is increasingly scarce. To effectively connect supply and demand, and provide maximum support for businesses in recruiting human resources, Bac Ninh Employment Service Center No. 1 continues to innovate job transaction sessions. In particular, online sessions are increased, connecting with remote areas - where workers have difficulty accessing information, provinces with abundant human resources.
