In close coordination with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, Tien Phong Ward People's Committee accelerated the progress of site clearance compensation (BTGPMB) for the remaining area of about 2.69 hectares, synchronously investing in infrastructure according to the schedule approved in Decision No. 208/QD-UBND dated March 8, 2025 of Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee (completed in the first quarter of 2026).

Review and improve infrastructure, increase tree planting to create landscape and environment; organize to attract secondary projects according to the approved business lines in Decision No. 827/QD-UBND dated June 29, 2025.

Urgently develop and approve regulations on management of public services and utilities for Noi Hoang Industrial Park and send them to the Department of Industry and Trade and Tien Phong Ward People's Committee before October 15, 2025.

Urge secondary enterprises to connect to wastewater, pay wastewater and infrastructure fees, fully comply with legal regulations, and promptly report and propose solutions to difficulties and problems.

The Provincial Land Fund Development Center coordinated with the People's Committee of Tien Phong Ward, investors and relevant agencies to speed up the progress of compensation and site clearance for the remaining area according to plan.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment reviews and inspects compliance with environmental protection regulations, wastewater connection and treatment; completes guidance and resolves requests on land use targets of Noi Hoang Industrial Park before October 15, 2025.

The Department of Construction inspects and manages infrastructure connections between Noi Hoang Industrial Park and traffic routes and compliance with construction laws by investors and secondary enterprises.

The Department of Industry and Trade promotes its role as the focal point for state management of industrial clusters, urges and requires investors to speed up progress, attract investment, strictly comply with regulations, promptly detect and handle violations; presides over coordination with relevant agencies to monitor, organize work to remove difficulties, and report to the Provincial People's Committee on matters beyond its authority.
