Mr. Bui Duc Long, born in 1930, is a former Youth Volunteer Force member during the anti-French period, 77 years of Party membership, currently living in Dong Duyen Giang Residential Group, Duy Tan Ward. His house was built a long time ago and has seriously deteriorated: the structure is no longer sturdy, posing many dangers during the rainy and stormy season. Mr. Long himself is old and weak, his children are all elderly, and he does not have the means to financially support the repair and rebuild of the house.
Through the connection and mobilization of the Ninh Binh Provincial Veterans Association, Hanoi International Science and Technology Application Co., Ltd. supported 35 million VND, contributing to the renovation and upgrading of the house for member Bui Duc Long. The project was officially started in early July. After 15 days of construction, Mr. Bui Duc Long's house was renovated, ensuring solidity and safety.
Speaking at the house handover ceremony, the representative of the Provincial Association of Former Youth Volunteers acknowledged and thanked the generosity of the enterprise for promptly sharing and supporting the funding for the program to eliminate temporary and unsafe houses for members, deeply demonstrating the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source". In the past time, with great efforts and determination, the Provincial Association of Former Youth Volunteers has connected, mobilized, and called on many organizations and individuals to support and sponsor the repair and construction of new houses for members in the province, contributing to stabilizing and improving the quality of life for members and people with revolutionary contributions.
On this occasion, the leaders of Hanoi International Science and Technology Application Company Limited presented 30 gifts worth 15 million VND to 30 former Youth Volunteers in especially difficult circumstances in the province. The Provincial Youth Volunteers Association was authorized to present the gifts by Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly to members in especially difficult circumstances in the area.
