Each completed house costs 80-100 million VND to build, of which the Fatherland Front Committee of Son Dinh commune supports each household with 60 million VND. Of which, 1 house is supported by the Fund for the Poor of the Fatherland Front Committee of the commune and benefactors; the construction cost of the remaining 3 houses is taken from the Government 's source for clearing temporary and dilapidated houses. The houses have brick walls, corrugated iron roofs, tiled floors, and a usable area of 40 square meters.
* The People's Committee, the Fatherland Front Committee of Tuy Hoa City; the leaders of Tuy Hoa Border Guard Station; the Party Committee, the People's Committee, and the Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Dong Ward have just accepted and handed over 3 Great Solidarity houses under the Government's program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses to 3 families with housing difficulties, namely Mr. Nguyen Van Thu (Ward 1), Ms. Truong Thi Chin and Ms. Pham Thi Xang (Ward 5). Each newly built house is supported with 100 million VND; of which, 60 million VND is from the Fund for the Poor of the Fatherland Front Committee of Tuy Hoa City and 40 million VND is from the source of mobilizing cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in Tuy Hoa City to support.
