The international spot gold price on the Kitco floor at 9:42 p.m. on January 4, Vietnam time was at $2,040.2 per ounce. Meanwhile, the gold price for February 2024 delivery on the Comex New York floor was at $2,048.1 per ounce.

Oil prices on the international market today, January 5, continued to increase due to concerns about supply disruptions. Oil prices were also supported by data from the American Petroleum Institute showing a sharp decline in US commercial oil inventories.

In the domestic market, the selling price of gasoline and oil today, January 5, is applied according to the price level at the management session on the afternoon of January 4 of the Ministry of Finance - Industry and Trade.

Accordingly, gasoline prices are managed in the direction of uniform reduction.
