VFF said: " On the afternoon of November 11, the Vietnamese team entered the first training session at Viet Tri Stadium ( Phu Tho ) during the FIFA Days training session in November, preparing for the match against the Laos team in the final qualifying round of the 2027 Asian Cup.

Having just finished the 2025-2026 V.League match on November 10, the group of players from the Hanoi Police Club and Hanoi FC were allowed by coach Kim Sang-sik to practice recovery at the hotel. On the field , the remaining players only did light exercise with moderate volume according to the training plan designed to help regenerate energy and maintain excitement after a stressful period of competition in the domestic tournament.
