On the afternoon of February 19, the Steering Committee of the Tran Temple Festival 2024 held a meeting to listen to the People's Committee of Hung Ha district report on the progress of the festival organization plan.

Up to now, the content subcommittee has completed the script for the opening ceremony, fully prepared offerings for the incense offering ceremony at the graves and the worship ceremony in the temple; mobilized forces to participate in the water procession with 76 processions; coordinated with the event unit to organize the art program "Dong A's heroic spirit - echoing for thousands of years" at the opening night of the festival.

The logistics subcommittee has selected a service provider to carry out logistics, celebrations, and reception of delegates attending the opening ceremony; completed the issuance of invitations to delegates attending the festival; arranged a backup generator plan, ensuring power supply for the festival and a medical force on standby for emergency care at the relic site.

The propaganda subcommittee has developed a propaganda outline on the value of the special national relic site of the tombs and temples of the Tran Dynasty kings and the Tran Temple festival; developed a propaganda plan on mass media; decorated and visually propagated at the relic site and the roads leading to the relic site...

The security and order subcommittee has developed a plan to assign forces to ensure security and order at the Tran Temple festival in 2024; and to inspect, review, and supplement the fire prevention and fighting equipment system at the relic.

Delegates discussed the organization of the festival opening, the supply of electricity, and festival propaganda... in order to continue affirming the value of the Tran Dynasty's cultural heritage in Thai Binh through the traditional festival and expressing the morality of remembering the source of water, showing gratitude for the great contributions of our ancestors in the cause of building and protecting the country, while creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere at the beginning of the new spring.
