The exhibition is an opportunity for the public to review the glorious journey of Vietnam's revolutionary press, which originated from Thanh Nien newspaper founded by leader Nguyen Ai Quoc in Guangzhou, China. From a newspaper promoting revolutionary ideals, the Vietnamese press has become a shock force on the ideological and cultural front through resistance wars and the process of national construction. Many journalists have fallen on the battlefield, contributing to the nation's historic victories.
Many young people visited the exhibition to better understand revolutionary journalism.

The highlight of the exhibition is the introduction to the development of journalism in Quang Binh, a province at the forefront of war and war, where journalism not only records history but also contributes to making history. Quang Binh revolutionary journalism originated from the Bright Path newspaper, born in Dong Hoi prison in late 1930 and early 1931. This is a rare case in the history of Vietnamese journalism, when the first local newspaper was published right in prison, clearly demonstrating the fighting spirit and courage of Quang Binh journalists.

From the movement "Learn, catch up and surpass Dai Phong", inspired by Dai Phong Cooperative directed by General Nguyen Chi Thanh, Quang Binh press became a tool to spread the competitive spirit throughout the North. In the movement "Hai gioi" (good production, good combat), the press continued to play the role of encouragement, criticism, contributing to promoting the spirit of uprising of the army and people of the province.

Through the stages of resistance and renovation, Quang Binh press has always been a pioneer force in reflecting the real life of the people, accompanying the development of the province. Names such as General Vo Nguyen Giap, an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh; martyr journalist Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuan; war photographer Bui Dinh Tuy or former Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Do Quy Doan are living proof of Quang Binh's contribution to the country's press.
