The workshop was held today, May 12, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, organized by the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Training and Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

According to Minister Nguyen Kim Son, right after the declaration of independence, although there was no word that education and training was the top national policy, President Ho Chi Minh actually had thoughts, policies and instructions that were even more than that. 80 years ago, he expressed important thoughts on education that were ahead of the curve and timeless, clearly and comprehensively affirming the core and universal goals of education.
