Storm No. 7 will weaken into a tropical depression
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, early morning of November 11, at 1:00 a.m. on November 11, the center of storm No. 7 was located at about 17.9 degrees North latitude; 112.1 degrees East longitude, in the western sea area of the North East Sea, about 130 km north of Hoang Sa. The dangerous area was at about 14.5-19.5 degrees North latitude; 108.5-113.5 degrees East longitude.
