In a warm, friendly and sincere atmosphere, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba to Vietnam Rogelio Polanco Fuentes expressed his joy to visit and work at the Ho Chi Minh Museum - a special cultural address, where the life and great revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh, a close friend of the Cuban people, is preserved and introduced. The Ambassador affirmed that the special friendship between Vietnam and Cuba, which was cultivated by President Ho Chi Minh and Leader Fidel Castro, is always a shining symbol of international solidarity, a priceless asset that the two peoples need to preserve and promote in the new period.
At the meeting, the Cuban Ambassador gave an overview of the activities of the Fidel Castro Ruz Center in Havana - a cultural and scientific institution tasked with researching, preserving, and promoting the ideological, moral, and lifestyle heritage of Leader Fidel Castro. The Ambassador expressed his desire to strengthen cooperation between the Fidel Castro Center and the Ho Chi Minh Museum, aiming to organize joint activities such as thematic exhibitions, exchange of artifacts, documents, and experiences in display -
education , and research on the two leaders. This is an initiative to contribute to further deepening the close and loyal relationship between the two peoples of Vietnam and Cuba.
Dr. Vu Manh Ha, Director of the Ho Chi Minh Museum, sincerely thanked the Cuban Ambassador for this meaningful cooperation proposal, and affirmed that the Ho Chi Minh Museum always attaches importance to and is ready to coordinate with the Fidel Castro Center to carry out practical exchange and cooperation activities, contributing to enhancing mutual understanding between the people of the two countries. The Museum Director believes that the connection between the two agencies preserving and honoring the legacy of President Ho Chi Minh and Leader Fidel Castro not only has profound
scientific and cultural value, but also vividly demonstrates the spirit of "Vietnam - Cuba: solidarity, cooperation and mutual development".

At the end of the meeting, the two sides agreed to continue exchanging information and promoting specific activities to soon realize the cooperation content. The Ambassador expressed his hope that the Ho Chi Minh Museum will have the opportunity to visit and work in Cuba in the near future.
