With its great historical, architectural and ecological landscape values, on March 27, 2009, the Nua - Am Tien Historical - Cultural Relic Complex was ranked as a national relic and scenic spot by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Recently, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also approved the Plan for conservation, restoration, embellishment and promotion of the value of the Nua - Am Tien Historical - Cultural Relic Complex, period 2025-2035, vision to 2045, with the goal of effectively preserving, restoring and embellishing the Nua - Am Tien Historical Relic Complex; turning the relic complex into a tourist attraction of special value, contributing to strongly promoting the socio -economic development process in the locality.

Sun Group has just held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Commercial Service Area and Cable Car Project in the Nua - Am Tien Historical Relic Complex, divided into 3 phases. Phase 1 is the commercial service area and cable car project in the Nua - Am Tien Historical Relic Complex with an area of ​​nearly 32 hectares, with an investment of nearly 3,000 billion VND. Phase 2 is the tourist service area and cultural landscape axis with an area of ​​nearly 57 hectares, with an investment of more than 9,600 billion VND. Phase 3 is the eco-tourism resort with an area of ​​nearly 300 hectares with an investment of over 22,000 billion VND. When the project is completed, it will add new, attractive and convenient tourism products to Thanh Hoa tourism in the field of passenger transport; create favorable conditions for tourists to visit and travel associated with religious and spiritual activities, preserve and promote the unique cultural values ​​of the nation, contribute to improving tourism infrastructure in the area, promote socio-economic development, create jobs for local people...

In addition to the Nua - Am Tien Historical - Cultural Relic Complex, Trieu Son District also has many historical - cultural relics and scenic spots with many types, rich in content and imbued with identity. According to statistics, the whole district currently has 30 historical - cultural, architectural and revolutionary relics that have been ranked. The relics all contain many historical meanings, good traditions and wisdom of our ancestors, the formation and development of the locality... However, under the impact of time and environmental conditions, the relics are inevitably degraded and damaged. Therefore, the conservation, restoration and embellishment of the relics is an extremely important task that the district has been focusing on implementing.

In recent years, the district has promoted propaganda to raise awareness, consciousness and responsibility of cadres, party members and people in preserving, renovating, restoring and promoting the value of relics, focusing on promoting and introducing historical and cultural relics in the area in a regular, continuous, focused and effective manner. Organized to review and perfect management boards, promulgated internal regulations and operating regulations of relics. Thanks to that, historical and cultural relics in the district are strictly managed and protected, without theft of artifacts, fires, explosions, and loss of security and order.

In addition, in order for the relics to promote their value, meet the religious needs of the people and attract a large number of tourists to visit and worship, the district has planned and implemented projects to preserve and restore the relics. In recent years, many relics have been preserved, renovated, restored and prevented from deterioration, becoming attractive spiritual tourist destinations, typically including Hoa Long Pagoda (Tien Nong Commune), the church of Duke Le Than (Nua Town), the historical - cultural relic complex of Le Thi Hien (Tho Phu Commune)...

The relics that have been preserved, renovated, restored and prevented from deterioration have all had projects, technical economic reports, technical design drawings and cost estimates submitted to competent authorities for approval and agreement as a basis for construction. The units that consult on design, construction and supervision of relic restoration all ensure their capacity according to the provisions of law. The items of works for preserving, renovating and restoring relics ensure the architecture, aesthetics and sustainability of the works. Thereby, contributing to meeting the needs of religious and spiritual activities of the people and promoting the development of tourism in the area.
