Khanh Hoa Newspaper, Radio and Television won awards at the Press Award for preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity.

On the evening of October 30, at the Vietnam - Soviet Friendship Labor Cultural Palace (Hanoi), the award ceremony was held for authors and groups of authors with excellent works winning the 5th National Press Award on Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness and Negativity, 2024 - 2025, launched and organized by the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in coordination with the Vietnam Journalists Association and Vietnam Television. The award ceremony was broadcast live on VTV1 of Vietnam Television.

The award ceremony was attended by comrades: Pham Minh Chinh - Politburo member, Prime Minister; Phan Dinh Trac - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission; Do Van Chien - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Also attending were Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan; representatives of leaders of central departments, ministries and branches; representatives of leaders of central and local press agencies.

The ceremony is one of the meaningful events to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025) and to honor outstanding journalistic works on the topic of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity. From there, it encourages and motivates journalists nationwide to continue to strongly promote the role of the press in detecting, fighting and condemning acts of corruption, waste and negativity.

After 2 years of implementation, by July 31, 2025, the Organizing Committee had received 1,110 press works in 4 categories: Print, electronic, radio, and television from 90 press agencies at the central and local levels. With the spirit of democracy, objectivity, impartiality, and high responsibility, the members of the Final Jury reviewed and unanimously selected 44 best works to award 4 A prizes; 10 B prizes; 12 C prizes; 18 Encouragement prizes.

The Organizing Committee representative awarded the Encouragement Prize to the authors and groups of authors.

Participating in this award, Khanh Hoa Newspaper, Radio and Television has the work "Golden land - don't waste the golden opportunity" by the group of authors: Thai Thi Le Hang, Le Thi Hoai Nguyet, Nguyen Dinh Thong, Vu Anh Thuyen, Pham Quoc Dat, Doan Thi Hai Van, Dao Thi Tuyet Nhung won the Encouragement Prize.
