On November 8, information from Thai Thuy District Police (Thai Binh Province) said that they had arrested and extradited Cao Ba Khoa (25 years old, residing in Hoa Son Commune, Minh Hoa District, Quang Binh Province), the suspect who stabbed another person seriously on November 6.

Previously, at around 10 p.m. on November 6, in a company's garden in Diem Dien Town (Thai Thuy District), due to a personal conflict, Khoa used a knife to stab Mr. Truong Van T. (42 years old) in the left chest, seriously injuring Mr. T. and requiring emergency care at the hospital.
After committing the crime, Khoa escaped from the scene.
Thai Thuy District Police have been closely following and constantly searching for Khoa's traces. On November 7, on National Highway 1A, passing through Dien Chau District, Nghe An Province, Thai Thuy District Police coordinated with Nghe An Provincial Police to arrest Khoa while he was hiding on a passenger bus.
The police force transferred Khoa to Thai Thuy District Police to serve the investigation.
The victim T., after receiving timely emergency care, is now out of danger. He is currently receiving further treatment at Thai Binh Provincial General Hospital.
The case of a stabbing that seriously injured another person due to a personal conflict is being continued by the police force according to the provisions of the law.
