In many Vietnamese economic sectors, from automated production lines to virtual assistants supporting data analysis, AI not only optimizes processes but also reshapes the nature of work.
Traditional jobs with repetitive operations are gradually disappearing, giving way to roles that require creativity and strategic thinking, opening up opportunities for people with high expertise, solid skills, and most of all, knowing how to use AI as a powerful support tool.
This requires students, trainees as well as educational institutions to integrate teaching and practice of AI skills right before entering the labor market.
The seminar was jointly organized by Dan Tri newspaper andFPT Academy International - a unit under FPT Polytechnic College - to address new demands of the labor market, along with recommendations and advice for students and trainees. The program took place at 10:00 a.m. on November 19.
The two guests of the panel discussion are:
- Ms. Nguyen Phuong Anh - Deputy Director of FPT Academy International, FPT Corporation.
- Mr. Nguyen Bao Long - Head of Community Development and Partnerships at TopCV Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
