Ms. PTC (born in 1999, residing in Huong Son commune, Ha Tinh province) reported that her daughter, LNTN (over 2 years old), who attends Pho Chau town kindergarten, suffered numerous bites, bruises, and scratches on her body after a day at school.
"I know that it's normal for children to get scrapes and bruises from bumping into each other at school, but I'm not happy with how the teachers and the school handled it," Ms. C shared.

According to the parents, on the afternoon of December 10th, after picking up their child and bathing him, the family discovered multiple bite marks on the child's hands and face. Prior to this, the class teacher had not informed them of the incident, and the class's parent group on Zalo also had no related information.
Only when the family proactively contacted the teacher did the teacher send a message to the class group chat with content deemed irresponsible, including the response "I have so much work to do." This angered the parents.
Ms. C. stated that she had requested the school to review the surveillance camera footage to understand what happened. However, upon arriving at the school, the family was informed that the camera system had lost data for several days due to a "power outage," making it impossible to retrieve the images.
The fact that the school-wide camera system was out of service for more than a week without being detected in time has led parents to question the school's management and supervision practices.

During the course of the investigation, the family felt they had not received a satisfactory explanation and were dissatisfied with the teacher's behavior and statements when discussing the incident.
"To this day, my daughter is still traumatized and psychologically affected, often crying at night. As a mother, I want to fight for my child's rights. However, when I reported the incident, I was not treated with respect, and the teachers even showed indifference and carelessness," Ms. C. said angrily.
Disagreeing with the outcome of the investigation, the parents filed a report with the relevant authorities requesting clarification of the cause.
Speaking with a reporter from Dan Tri newspaper , a representative of the school board of Pho Chau town kindergarten (Huong Son commune) said they have been informed of the incident and have invited parents, teachers, and other relevant parties to a meeting.
Initially, the school confirmed the incident as reported by the parents and held a meeting to review the teacher's conduct.
