Closing Ceremony of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Sports Festival

This afternoon, May 25, at the Provincial Multi-purpose Gymnasium, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize the closing ceremony of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Sports Festival 2024. The sports festival took place from May 23 to 25 in Dong Ha City, gathering 558 athletes from 49 grassroots party organizations; competing in 3 sports: tennis, badminton and volleyball.

The 2024 Sports Festival is highly appreciated for its scale and professional quality. Although the sports festival took place in unfavorable weather conditions and the competitions took place in many different locations, the organizing committee managed flexibly and scientifically , promptly resolved arising issues, ensuring that the competitions took place on schedule and safely.

The athletes tried their best, bringing many emotions and beautiful impressions to the audience. The referee team ran the tournament impartially, objectively and accurately.

At the end of the sports festival, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the delegation of the Quang Tri Telecommunications Party Committee, the second prize to the delegation of the Quang Tri Electricity Company Party Committee, and the third prize to the delegation of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Party Committee.

Previously, the Organizing Committee awarded first, second and third prizes to volleyball teams and pairs of athletes with high achievements in 3 sports: volleyball, tennis, badminton; and awarded individual prizes: outstanding attacker, outstanding setter, outstanding all-around athlete in volleyball.
