Ben Cau: Giving breeding cows to poor women members to develop the economy

At the handover ceremony, the Commune Women's Union presented a 10-month-old cow, worth 15 million VND, to Ms. Nguyen Thi Tien (born in 1972), residing in Long Giao hamlet, Long Chu commune, a poor women's union member with difficult circumstances. Funding from the ADRA project supports breeding cows.
